The first step towards a mystery shopping program is the analysis of your needs with your contact person at SEC, your personal SEC Project Manager. As soon as the aim of the project has been worked out and what you expect from the Business Analysts has been defined, a team of experts will create an individual concept and questionnaire as basis for the mystery shopping and Customer Experience Optimization program. During this process, SEC will be in constant contact with you.
