Territory Scheduler

Description: A Territory Scheduler is an Independent Contractor who works from home using our proprietary online systems and reports to the SEC Quality Assurance Manager in New York. A Territory Scheduler is responsible for scheduling assignments and managing all field deployment for a specific geographic market area. This individual may be called upon to meet with clients in his/her market area. This is a Flex Time or Part time position with excellent compensation.

Tools and Functionality Required:

  • DSL or Cable Internet connectivity
  • PC computing and internet experience
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • DSL or Cable Internet connectivity
  • Excellent communications skills (verbal and written)
  • Teamwork
  • Ability to meet performance expectations and deadlines
  • Attention to detail, follow through, and initiative
  • Experience in building relationships
Responsibilities Primary responsibilities include contacting and matching Business Analyst's to available assignments, training and certification of BA's to individual client program criteria, maintaining BA rapport, explaining the role and expectations of mystery shopping, monitoring the status of all field deployment shopping assignments, preparing and distributing assignment materials, and resolving BA concerns and problems. Other responsibilities include; Mystery Shopping, data entry, proofreading, editing, and client service.
